Returns Policy

About Us

At Ikana Jewelry, we take pride in offering carefully selected jewelry crafted to meet high-quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following Returns & Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Ikana Jewelry are considered final sales.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

* Change of mind.
* Incorrect product selection.
* Incorrect size selection.
* Personal preference.
* Normal wear and tear.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product details before completing their purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Claims will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

* The item arrives damaged during shipping.
* The item has a manufacturing defect.

To submit a claim, you must:

* Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
* Provide your order number.
* Include clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the damage or defect.

3. Claim Review Process

Each claim will be reviewed individually by our team.

If your claim is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the item.

Returns sent without prior authorization from Ikana Jewelry will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the error or defect was caused by Ikana Jewelry.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides both tracking and insurance.

Ikana Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by Ikana Jewelry.

6. Warranty

Every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected before shipment.

The Ikana Jewelry Warranty covers manufacturing defects only that are identified upon delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
* Natural fading or wear of gold plating over time.
* Scratches, dents, impacts, drops, or improper handling.
* Damage resulting from repairs or modifications performed by third parties.
* Damage caused by perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, chlorine, salt water, harsh chemicals, or any substance that may affect the jewelry’s finish.
* Damage resulting from failure to follow the recommendations outlined in our Care Guide.

Normal wear resulting from regular use is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered under this warranty.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

* Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
* Engraved jewelry or pieces customized with names, initials, dates, or exclusive designs.
* Jewelry that has been worn.
* Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified by a third party.
* Items damaged due to improper use or failure to follow our Care Guide.
* Sale, clearance, or final sale items.
