5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, sizing errors, or normal wear and tear.
Claims will only be considered if the item arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect.
Customers must contact us within 3 business days of receiving their order and provide clear photographs of both the product and its original packaging.
If the claim is approved, Ikana Jewelry will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
